For us, “perfect” starts with understanding the history of coffee cultivation; supporting small farmers and their families; building sustainable relationships of mutual trust and respect with everyone who touches the plant and its fruit; and delivering what we believe can be a life-altering and memorable coffee experience to our devoted customers.
Our specialty is LIGHT ROASTS of unique coffee with interesting processing methods. We love the surprising aromas and flavors which are often lost in Medium or Dark roasts, like discovering the amazing floral scents in a rare Washed Gesha from Guatemala or the luscious fermented purple fruit notes in a Natural Processed coffee from Kenya. It’s a never-ending, mouth-watering adventure.
