We will roast, pack, and ship ONE 10oz. (284g) BAG of a WHOLE BEAN single-origin specialty coffee to your door every month. Roasting happens on the Second Wednesday of each month, and orders will ship on the Friday following roast day. All coffee selected by the Roaster will be a high-scoring coffee roasted in the Light/Medium range. Expect to receive coffees processed in a variety of methods.
